1. Who runs this site

Memofluent.com is a personal project; the data operator is D. Niser. Contact: contact@memofluent.com.

2. What we collect

• Account — email and password (the password is stored only as a hash).
• Learning data — decks, cards, progress, courses, settings.
• Session — cookie memo_session (a technical session id, 90 days) and mf_lang (your chosen language).
• Waitlist email — if you left an address in the pricing block.
• Technical logs — standard server records and client errors.

We do not collect payment data, advertising identifiers, or browser fingerprints. There are no third-party ads or trackers.

3. Cookies

Only essential ones: memo_session (login) and mf_lang (language). No analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Email

Transactional emails (verification, password reset) are sent over SMTP. No marketing emails; the only waitlist email is a one-time pricing notice.

5. Storage and sharing

Data is stored on a server in the EU. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Your rights

Request an export or deletion of your data and account — contact@memofluent.com.

7. Changes

For material changes we update the effective date at the top of this page.
